Heres One Company Where Women Dont Have to Scale Back to Get Flexibility When Devi Rajani joined FTI Consulting nearly a decade ago, she was excited for the new adventure but had no idea just how literally it would prove to be one.Today serving as Managing Director, Devi has had the opportunity to travel far and wide with the global business advisory firm. Just own up to the mistake as soon as you realize and be honest. It may be painful at first, but people will appreciate your honesty and accountability. After all, we are all human.
